Considerations: Clients establishing internet connections through
a router and using the TIP Enterprise and the TIP Enterprise PLUS
in VPN mode should be mindful that some routers may need adjusting
to allow direct connection to the TIP servers. It is advisable to
contact your IT professional configure your router to allow direct
access via our VPN service.
Due to the large number of different brands and types of routers
on the market it is not possible for TIP to give advise on each
router brand and model.
